Here at BBPC, we like to satisfy the customer. If it be a simple minor fix, to your PC won't even run. We include a 30 day warranty depending on the circumstance. But please contact us right away if you have any questions, concerns, or malfunctions with your computer. DISCLAIMER:Do NOT allow ANYONE access beyond the BBPC website, access to your computer. Even if they claim to be a Microsoft representative, Dell, HP, or any other name brand company. If you receive an e-mail, call, text, etc., DO NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER.
Please DO NOT set desktop on carpet flooring. May cause static electricity and cause external damage to your PC. PLEASE keep away from any strong magnetic areas. May cause hard disk damage and may or may-not be repairable. Keep away from hot areas. Excessively hot areas can overheat and may cause damage to hardware parts inside. Keep away from damp or semi-wet areas. Can damage and permanently ruin parts. |
What is included in the warranty? We support a 30 day warranty. We are under no obligation of a money-back guarantee but we WILL correct any problems that may apply. In conclusion to the parts you may receive, we also follow the parts warranty as well. Meaning if it is a 3 year warranty, contact us and we will take it up with the company. Deals and other sales may vary depending on the circumstance. It WILL void warranty if there are any external damages that maybe shown. IF you believe that it came damaged, please contact us immediately to address and correct the issue. We also do support the warranty for software issues as well. Within the first 30 days, if there are any issues, contact us and we will correct it as soon as possibly. After the 30 days is up, you still receive a LIFETIME warranty but with a SMALL DEDUCTIBLE.
